Weight Loss Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat)

- 1/2 banana (optional, for added sweetness and creaminess)

- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
