Weight Loss Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- A few ice cubes (optional for thickness)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh fruit, rinse the strawberries and blueberries. Peel the banana and set aside.
- Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, add the strawberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup to taste. Optionally, throw in a few ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until smooth and creamy, making sure there are no chunks of fruit left.
