Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and trim the spinach leaves.
    • Core and chop the green apple.
    • Chop the celery stalk.
    • Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  2. Blend the Drink:
    • In a blender, combine the spinach leaves, green apple, celery, lemon juice, honey, and water or coconut water.
    • Add ice cubes if a colder drink is desired.
    • Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour the smoothie into a clear glass jar with a straw.
