Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup kale, stems removed
- 1/2 avocado

- 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and chop the kiwi and green apple. Slice the avocado and banana.
- Blend the Greens: Add the fresh spinach, kale, and avocado to your blender. Pour in the almond milk and water. Blend until the greens are fully broken down and the mixture is smooth.
