Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice (or water, if you prefer a lighter taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Garnish:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and chop the carrots. Peel and segment the orange. Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces.
  2. Blend the Base: Add the chopped carrots, orange segments, ginger, and banana to your blender. Pour in the orange juice (or water). Blend until smooth.
