Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 small beetroot, peeled and chopped (for color and added nutrients)
- 1/2 banana (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (plus extra for garnish)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Garnish:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Hull the strawberries and chop the beetroot. Peel and slice the banana.
