Weight Loss Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup watermelon cubes, seeds removed
- Juice of 1/2 lime (save a slice for garnish)
- 1/2 banana (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water (or any other preferred liquid)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Garnish:
- A slice of lime
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Hull the strawberries and cut the watermelon into cubes. Juice the lime and slice an extra piece for garnish.
- Blend the Base: Add the strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, banana, and coconut water to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Check Consistency: If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water until you reach the desired consistency. For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add a few ice cubes.
- Sweeten (Optional): Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup, and blend again.
