Weight Loss Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water (plain or flavored)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Berries: Rinse the blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
