Weight Loss Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A few ice cubes (optional for thickness)
- 1-2 tablespoons of cream or coconut cream (optional for the top layer)
- Raspberries and mint for garnish
- A slice of lime for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, add strawberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the Cream Layer: If you want a cream layer on top, pour the smoothie into a glass, leaving some space at the top. Then, gently spoon some cream or coconut cream on top for a layered look.
