How I Took Back My Life!
“Hey piggy! The treadmill is that way!” Unbelievable. I was sitting on my porch the other day, reading a book and taking in the air, until I heard a voice come out of no where.
I couldn’t believe how some people would behave in such a way towards someone they know nothing about.
But I wasn’t new to these comments.
You see, I’ve been working on myself for a while now. Going to the gym, eating right, and watching my activity level as best as I could.
For some reason though, I could never get in shape.
It was always difficult for me to stick to a set routine. And I was jealous of how my friends could eat or do whatever they want, and not reap the consequences of it.
I’m sure a lot of other people deal with the same things as me, but the difference for me is that I was getting tired of how things were.
I was getting tired of the comments I was getting, and I don’t like admitting it, but some of them even brought me to tears..
I knew I needed to make big changes.. I just didn’t know where to start.
Then one evening.. like an answer to my prayer, I stumbled upon a viral video while scrolling through social media.
This video was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The presentation, the professionalism. I was drawn in right from the start.
They talk about a daily “shortcut” that can be performed every morning to tone and sculpt the body. Naturally, I was skeptical.
But as the video played on and on.. everything started to make sense..
I never would have thought that a simple shortcut could exist and be so beneficial to human health.
By the end of the video, I was completely bought in. And I began trying this daily shortcut for myself…
Within a short period of time, I was feeling fantastic and seeing the effects right away!
I was no longer getting comments from strangers walking by, and I felt full of confidence and life again!
This video was truly what I needed that one night.. and I’m hoping others can see it too..
